Production Operator I (Padding Department) – Day Shift – Lawrenceville, GA
Join our production team in Lawrenceville, GA! We welcome candidates with no experience; training will be provided. Earn an additional night differential for working the night shift.

Qualifications- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in padding an added advantage.
- Prior machine operator experience desirable but not required; training provided.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- A “can‑do” attitude with a proven track record of reliability.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Stable work history.
- Strong work ethic.
- Desire to grow in your career and make a difference in serving communities.
Current shift opening: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift).
Schedule:
2 on / 2 off, 3 on / 1 off, 2 on / 3 off, etc.
- Top‑notch safety program.
- Starting pay typically $17.50+/hr; unqualified production operators may start as packer/bagger at $16/hr with opportunity to grow.
