We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Lawrenceville, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing critical care to patients recovering from anesthesia following surgical procedures. This is a 13+ week contract opportunity with a leading healthcare facility, offering a supportive work environment and excellent pay.

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and recovery post-anesthesia.
• Administer medications and manage pain control as prescribed.
• Assess patients for potential complications following surgery or anesthesia.
• Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and families.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital standards.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.

• Education:
  
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• License:
  Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of recent PACU or critical care nursing experience required.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS – required; ACLS – required; PALS – preferred.

12-hour night shifts - Full-time schedule (36 hours per week) - Rotating weekends as needed
