  • Serve as a pivotal member of the operating room team as circulating or scrub role under surgeon direction; prepare the OR with sterile technique and instrument setups; maintain the sterility of the field; anticipate equipment needs, manage surgical counts, and ensure patient safety throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases; collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and postoperative teams; document perioperative care accurately in electronic medical records;
