Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect call, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.
This is a hybrid position.
The estimated salary range for this role is: $85K - $95K## ## Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Duties and Responsibilities
*** Generate sales through cold calls, pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization.
* Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
* Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
* Develop and implement sales strategies and account development plans to build a meaningful and executable pipeline of opportunities necessary to exceed monthly and annual goals through systematic sales touches with both existing and prospective accounts.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle including account management, closing new prospective opportunities, building rapport, and educating both prospects and existing customers on our solutions and our competitive advantages.
* Prepare clear and effective written ROI and RFP proposals and quotations for prospective and current customers.
* Serve as key liaison between clients and production to create a seamless workflow.
* Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
* Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor and adapt sales activities to meet objectives.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Primerica internal support functions and departments.
* Create and maintain accurate and timely records of all customer and prospect interactions.
* Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
* Follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on departments or company compliance.
* Follow up with customers on past due accounts receivable when necessary.
* Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
* Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
** Requirements
* ** 6-10 years experience with commercial printing required
* Knowledge of Commercial printing sales, products and services preferred.
* Must possess strong communication, presentation, problem identification, and solution skills.
* Strong influencing, negotiation, and time management skills.
