Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will foster current relationships with referral sources, find and create new relationships with referral sources, communicate feedback from referral sources to the production team, and share the team’s successes with referral sources. You will attend events and lunches with referral sources as part of relationship-building activities.
This role will require travel throughout the North East Metro Atlanta Area.
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated development targets
- Create and implement effective development strategies
- Keep track of all client progress through the client relationship management (CRM) program
- Expand the territory over time and recruit additional talent to the team
- 3 - 5 years experience in water mitigation, water restoration, plumbing tool/supply sales, or related field, with presentable track record of success
- An early riser who is ready to attack the work week
- A strong, positive, and winning attitude and ability to be persistent
- A leader that pushes a team to its potential
- Existing relationships with insurance agencies, plumbing or construction trades will set you apart from other candidates
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of technology and computer literacy
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
