Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our company's revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and providing solutions that align with our services. Your main goal will be to generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our IT services.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to offer suitable IT solutions.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Achieving quarterly quotas of sales leads and opportunities.
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Performing effective online demos to prospects when necessary.
  • Keeping abreast of IT industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
  • Recording all sales activity and client information in the company CRM system.
  • Attending team meetings, including sales training and educational workshops.
Qualifications
  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong phone presence and experience with dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.
