Role Description
The Sales Manager (100% Commission) plays a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth by generating and managing leads, building client relationships, and closing sales. We are seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Sales Manager whose income directly reflects your success. This role demands hands‑on selling, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit to build a thriving sales force and exceed revenue goals.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and local networking events, actively building relationships with potential clients, and partners. Develop and execute strategies to meet company goals by networking, prospecting, and fostering strong professional connections, ensuring consistent follow‑up and lead nurturing.
- Analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company and manage inquiries.
- Identify new leads, cold call, present products/services, discuss pricing, and close sales.
- Attend marketing events.
- Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to closing the deal and post‑sale follow‑up to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed defined monthly or annual sales targets and performance goals.
- Manage your own schedule, time, and territory autonomously, requiring strong self‑motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Income is directly proportional to performance, offering potential for significant earnings.
