Position Overview: This is an outside sales position meeting customers in their homes and performing water analysis and product demonstrations. The role includes prospecting for customers using creative sales methods, referrals, networking, marketing and appointment setting. Water Specialists have marketing assistance and tools to assist them with prospecting. A positive attitude and the goal to provide "THE BEST" solution possible is the key to driving sales.
Training and Compensation: Training pay is offered and our new Water Specialist can expect to be operating at full capacity within 60‑90 days. After training, this is a base plus Controls with a range of $50,000 - $100,000+ possible. This position works out of our Lawrenceville, GA location.

- Experience with residential/outside sales with a proven track record.
- 2‑3 years’ experience selling a product or service.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate leads.
- Excellent communication, instructiveness, closing and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including night and weekend appointments when needed.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record.
- Background screening required.
- Previous experience in the water industry or with in‑home sales helpful.
- A good work ethic and good attitude.
