ResponsibilitiesAs a Termite Service Professional you will play a key role in protecting homes, businesses and families. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle day‑to‑day operations of your route with excellent time‑management skills.
- Perform both pre‑construction and post‑construction termite treatments.
- Resolve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
- Communicate regularly and consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams (customer service, sales, and management) to deliver exceptional service.
- Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
- Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.
- Outdoor and Independent Work: You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be mobile, independent, and responsible for your own route, and the face of Northwest in your community.
- Training and Development: No exterminating experience required! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success, after which you lead your own customer accounts.

- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.
- Starting Hourly Pay $17–$19, company vehicle, and company cell phone.

Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
- Safely use ladders up to 32 feet, respecting manufacturer weight limits.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Work in all types of weather conditions.
