Whether you’re experienced or not, we offer comprehensive training to help you succeed. Starting hourly pay $17–$19, with coverage in Buford, Suwannee, Lilburn.

As a Termite Service Professional you will play a key role in protecting homes, businesses and families. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle day‑to‑day operations of your route with excellent time‑management skills.
  • Perform both pre‑construction and post‑construction termite treatments.
  • Resolve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
  • Communicate regularly and consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams (customer service, sales, and management) to deliver exceptional service.
  • Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• Outdoor and Independent Work: You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be mobile, independent, and responsible for your own route, and the face of Northwest in your community.
• Training and Development: No exterminating experience required! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success, after which you lead your own customer accounts.

• Starting Hourly Pay $17–$19, company vehicle, and company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.

• Safely use ladders up to 32 feet, respecting manufacturer weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
