Outside Selling Team Member – Responsibilities
- Available to work between the hours of 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM.
- Provide support to restaurant operations before or after selling; training will be provided.
- Commute to selling locations by car when required.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Deliver quick, accurate, and hospitable service to guests.
- Build personal connections with guests and promote the Chick‑fil‑A brand.
- Work on your feet for extended periods, including potentially outdoors.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background driving check.
- Own vehicle available for driving to selling locations.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
- Reliability, consistency, and a cheerful attitude.
- Team‑oriented mindset and passion for serving others.
- Experience in customer service, cashiering, or restaurant roles is preferred but not required.
