Position:
Tower Hand for the GA-AL Market

Maintain physical ability to climb and work at a pace determined by management.

Flexibility to fill in for positions above or below or to replace team members temporarily.

Operate capstans, power tools, and hand tools effectively.

Responsible for tools, equipment, and materials issued.

Assist in training crew members.

Adhere to company policies and practices.

Familiar with RF theory, test gear, and basic sweeps.

Understand rigging procedures and basic electrical work.

Perform basic computer tasks such as email, Word, and Excel.

Possess basic civil work skills for building telecommunications sites.

Certified in basic first aid/CPR.

Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, have transportation, and be able to travel within the market.

Pass background checks and drug tests.
