We’re seeking experienced window installation sub‑contracting crews.

All crews must have at least a two‑person team, an enclosed trailer or truck, a metal brake, and the proper tools.

We offer year‑round work, no weekends, and an average annual pay of $250‑300 k per crew (paid weekly).

• 3+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors.
• Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Enclosed trailer or truck with metal brake and tools for window/door installations.
• Full insurance coverage with proof of liability, auto and workers’ compensation.
• Ability to bend, lift, stoop without difficulty and lift up to 90 lb.
• High degree of organization and time‑management skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Average pay for a 2‑3 person crew: $250,000–$300,000 per year, paid weekly.
• Year‑round work, no weekends.
• Job materials and dumpsters provided at no cost.
• Supportive managers to assist with project completion.
• Pay varies based on volume and work completed.
