Warehouse Associate

Long-Term opportunity!
Pay rate: $17.25/hr paid weekly!
Duration: 1 year

Hours:

6:30am- 3:30pm < M-F

Summary:

• The manager is looking for someone who enjoys active work and working in a team setting.
• This role will consist of waste management and requires a lot of walking, pulling, and lifting.
• Anything over 50 lbs. will have assistance made available.
• This is a manual labor with lifting, bending and twisting.
• Manager is looking for someone with manual dexterity and with experience in a warehouse.
• Seeking candidates that are reliable and work well with others but can also work alone
• Someone who is proactive and will not always need direction or refuse to assist others.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the receiving, stocking, and shipping of used office equipment.
• Reports to Warehouse Mgr., Wholesale.
• Unloads all incoming freight.
• Documents relevant inventory and marketing information of all receipts.
• Stocks inventory in appropriate bin location.
• Assists in physical inventory.
• Pulls and prepares sales orders for shipment.
• Builds second deck in ocean going containers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to drive forklifts and other equipment. 1 year of warehouse or related experience. Ability to work in a confined space handling heavy equipment on a consistent basis.
• Basic computer knowledge.
