The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of manual labor and warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness. The candidate will adhere to OSHA regulations and complete assigned tasks efficiently under supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Perform various warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, and truck loading/unloading
- Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided as needed)
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness standards within the warehouse
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Handle equipment valued from $1 to $150,000 responsibly
- Meet productivity and quality standards as outlined by management
- Assist team members and work collaboratively to achieve department goals
- Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately and timely
- Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse supervisor or team lead
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
- Basic reading, math, and writing skills
- Physically capable of performing warehouse tasks including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 100 lbs
- Ability to manage time effectively, follow directions, and complete tasks within deadlines
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently when needed
- Comfortable working in normal warehouse conditions with exposure to chemicals, solvents, noise, and varying temperatures
- Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, and moving equipment weighing up to 75 lbs (or on wheels up to 700 lbs)
