We are currently seeking an Administrative and Data Coordinator to join our team in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Job SummaryThe Administrative and Data Coordinator serves as the primary front desk administrator and data coordinator for the Lawton Behavioral Health office. This position is responsible for managing the front desk process for the office, including processing referrals, verifying insurance, and initial entry of participant information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. In addition, the role supports data coordination and reporting with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities- Manage the initial intake process for all new participants, including gathering and verifying demographic, insurance, and eligibility information.
- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals entering the program, ensuring a welcoming and supportive intake experience.
- Enter initial patient information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Check insurance status for participants and assist with enrollment if not already insured.
- Assist with collection, organization, and processing of program data and documentation.
- Support data reporting and coordination with various internal teams and external partners.
- Run data queries, maintain data integrity and security, and assist with database organization.
- Retrieve, track, clean, format, upload, and document new and updated participant data in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.

- Position will involve working in the office and the field; travel approximately 20% of work hours.
