This position’s primary focus will be discipline, empowering, recruiting, and building relationships with youth and children to "Come to Christ, Grow in Christ, and Love Like Christ." This position will also partner with parents and volunteers to implement activities and age‑appropriate curriculum for our children that will help them grow in their faith at each age and stage. This person will also engage our youth and children by building relationships outside the formal church gatherings (i.e., visiting schools and attending activities).
