ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Lead and supervise a team of inspectors performing hardware evaluation and data collection on unserviceable jet engine hardware, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, customer specifications, company standards, and sampling procedures.

Plan, coordinate, and manage inspection projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget oversight to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Oversee the use of digital technology and manual measurement tools, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards.

Collaborate with analysis teams, engineering departments, and clients to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

Ensure team compliance with strict safety protocols and procedures during equipment operation and inspection activities.

Monitor and maintain equipment functionality through regular inspections and coordination of maintenance tasks.

Review and approve documentation of procedures, findings, and data, ensuring clarity, organization, and traceability.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance inspection processes, data collection methods, and team performance.

Facilitate training and development for inspectors to maintain high standards of technical proficiency and safety awareness.

Utilize Microsoft Office suite and project management tools for reporting, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders.

Engineering/Quality/Inspection Leadership Experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
