American Traveler is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an Inpatient position in Lawton, OK, offering day shift hours across rehab and acute care units.

Requirements

• Current NBCOT certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Active OK state license required if applicable
• New graduates will be considered

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rehabilitation unit and acute care unit setting
• Rehab caseload averages 12 patients
• Opportunities for co-treatment sessions with PTA in acute care
• Day shift with flexible start times based on unit needs
• Weekend rotation required approximately 3 times per quarter
• No on-call requirements
• Provide occupational therapy services across inpatient rehab and acute care settings
• Collaborate with PTA staff for co-treatment sessions
• Red scrub color required
• No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested
• Local candidates within 50 miles will be considered at a reduced rate
• Recent traveler experience preferred but not required
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Former direct employees of the facility are not eligible to return through an agency until 6 months after their former employment ends
