Compensation: ~$105K (DOE) + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO.
Responsibilities- Partner with SVPs and business line leaders to understand workflows, priorities, and technology needs.
- Conduct digital maturity assessments and evaluate existing tools and platforms.
- Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance systems for efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor industry trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes; summarize insights for executive audiences.
- Support technology reviews, vendor evaluations, and due diligence with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with project planning, requirements gathering, cost-benefit analyses, and RFP development.
- 3–5+ years in IT, business analysis, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS, CS, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong skills in data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Adaptive Work, and Power
BI. - Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES NOW AND IN THE FUTURE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.
- Must reside within the operating area.
