• Starting Range – $20.24–$22.85 per hour
• Shift Differential – Rotating Bonus $0.75 per hour
• Wage progression – start at 70% of the rate and increase 10% every 6 months until at full rate
• General wage increases are reviewed twice per year but are not guaranteed

As a Production Associate, you will gain hands-on experience producing high-quality products in one of Goodyear's manufacturing plants. • High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessment
• Job-specific physical work capabilities exercises
• Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred

• Previous manufacturing and/or industrial experience
• Previous experience as Production Associate in a manufacturing plant
• Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
• Experience adhering to industry-specific safety standards
