Position: Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient & In-Hospital Coverage | Collaborative Women’s Health Team

The Women’s Health practice is located on the hospital campus and offers comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The organization is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join its growing Women’s Health practice in Lawton, Oklahoma. The incoming provider will work alongside a dedicated team—including two OB/GYNs and a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner—providing high-quality prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care.

• Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal visits, labor management, deliveries, postpartum care, and routine gynecologic services.
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in patient education, preventive health initiatives and ongoing quality–improvement programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Support a patient-centered culture that prioritizes safety, compassion, and evidence-based practices.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in Nursing with CNM certification from an accredited program.
• Licensure & Certification:
  Active Certified Nurse Midwife credential; eligible for Oklahoma licensure.
• Experience:
  
  Prior CNM experience preferred; candidates must be comfortable managing full-scope midwifery care.
