Registered Nurse; RN Intensive Care Unit; ICU)(Nights

Location - Lawton, Oklahama

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes. This role requires the ability to work effectively in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform various nursing procedures including IV insertion, catheterization, and wound care.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for patients.
• Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients.

Candidates must possess a minimum of six months of relevant experience. The following certifications are required for the position; however, the organization will consider applicants who may not currently hold these certifications or possess active copies.
