RN - Rehab

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts, with some weekends included and possible holidays.

As a Registered Nurse in Inpatient Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing total nursing care for patients. This includes assessing patient needs, formulating nursing diagnoses, creating patient care plans, and providing leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and other members of the patient care team. Your role will involve maintaining high standards for professional nursing practice in a clinical setting and developing systems to deliver care across various populations, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Perform assessments and create individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and practices in the clinical setting.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Rehabilitation nursing (required).
• Inpatient Rehabilitation experience (required).
• BLS certification (required).
• NIH certification (preferred).
• Active RN state license in Oklahoma (required).
