Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, forming nursing diagnoses, developing patient care plans, and collaborating effectively with nursing and ancillary staff to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions and document any changes or concerns.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Ensure adherence to established nursing practices and protocols.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg as an LPN.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accredited by the American Heart Association.
- Active Oklahoma state license as an LPN at the time of application.
Shifts are scheduled from 0645 to 0715, with a commitment of 36 hours guaranteed. Weekend availability is required as needed.
