Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to success. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Gaining hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites.

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations
• Food Safety certification (local requirements, obtained at applicant’s expense)

Employees must be able to work in hot, noisy environments, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work quickly and accurately. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
