Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T2739) s role involves styling, guest engagement, operations, and visual merchandising to deliver a compelling in-store experience.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to create an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the floor as needed.
• Uphold a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, Drive-Up, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Greet guests, engage when they need assistance, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
• All other duties as required by business needs.

• Accurately handle cash operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible schedule; reliable and punctual attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions as required by job duties.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
