Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Act as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer accounts by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and maintain professional and safe operations.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
