Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager role at JLL sits where Partner Management meets Adaptability, and the candidate who blends both writes their own ceiling. The thing worth noting is how much JLL trusts you here — $84,000 - $121,000, sales marketing ownership, and a long runway, all from 8 years in.

We started JLL in a Lawton garage because the sales marketing status quo deserved a quietly-excellent reckoning. Burnout is treated as a system bug at JLL, not a badge of collaborative honor.

At JLL, $84,000 - $121,000 is just the opener; the mentorship, benefits, and Lawton, OK flexibility are where the offer gets good.

Reopened and refreshed, the search for a manager candidate runs hot today.
