We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Layton team.
We are ideally looking for someone interested in becoming a Clinical Director. This PT job is intended to find someone with years of experience and train them to become our next Clinical Director here in Layton.
Qualifications:- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Several years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Proficient in manual hands-on therapy techniques
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Utah
- Provide excellent patient care in a one-on-one setting.
- Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Thursday mornings off and off early every other Friday). Expected to stay late at least one day per week (until 6:30pm).
- Spend 15–20 minutes of each visit performing manual therapy.
- Manage a full patient caseload and ensure timely progression of care.
- Complete daily documentation using our efficient AI software.
- Attend monthly staff meetings, quarterly team-building events, and quarterly clinical continuing education trainings.
- Evaluate patients, oversee their plan of care, and collaborate with aides and other staff members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong manual therapy skills with a hands-on treatment approach.
- Professional demeanor in dress, appearance, and interactions.
