Base pay range: $70,000 - $90,000 per hour.

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing progress reports.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Manage a caseload while delivering hands‑on, high‑quality clinical services.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs.
• Lead parent training and caregiver education using evidence‑based practices.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data‑driven program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Utah regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.

• Certification:
  Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility to obtain).
• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Preferred:
  Safety‑Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience:
  
  Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to provide occasional in‑home support as needed.
• Transportation:
  Reliable vehicle for local travel within the Layton/Davis County area.
