We are seeking a full-time, Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our team in Layton, UT. This role will focus on developing and leading our hand therapy program for our patients within the clinic. You will have the ability to only treat hand related injury patients, and receive profit sharing opportunities as this sub-department grows. Essentially we want someone to come in and grow our hand therapy patient base, and this person will be rewarded financially as it grows.
Qualifications:- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Utah
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)
- Passion for personalized care and clinical excellence
- Leadership experience or interest in a director-level role
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to foster a positive clinic environment
