We're seeking a competent Digital Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team in Layton, Utah. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing campaigns for our current dealership clients, while also helping build systems and strategies that support our expansion into new industries.
- Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, You Tube, and Display.
- Configure and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Develop, launch, and optimize automated email campaigns, segmentation, and audience journeys.
- Collaborate with account management, design, and data teams to align strategy and creative with client goals.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Document and refine processes for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Contribute to expanding Oz Marketing’s digital services beyond the automotive and powersports industries.
- Stay current on platform updates, emerging tools, and best practices in paid and email marketing.
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in paid media and/or email marketing, preferably in an agency or multi‑client environment.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager; experience with email automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Go High Level, or similar).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and collaboration abilities.
- Highly organized and process‑minded, capable of managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Experience in the automotive or powersports industry is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to learn, improve systems, and grow with the team.
