Litigation Attorney – Layton, UT
Salary: $80,000–$210,000 (DOE)
Location: On-site

• Handle personal injury cases from intake through verdict
• Lead pleadings, depositions, motions, and trials
• Engage in ADR and maintain trial readiness
• Ensure compliance with Rules of Civil Procedure, Evidence, and Professional Conduct
• Travel as needed for hearings, depositions, and trial

• Active Utah Bar License
• Experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or medical malpractice
• Strong advocacy, legal writing, and negotiation skills
• Deposition and courtroom experience
• Proficiency in Lexis and Westlaw

• $80,000–$210,000 salary (based on experience)
