WhatYou’ll Do
- Handle personal injury cases from intake through verdict
- Lead pleadings, depositions, motions, and trials
- Engage in ADR and maintain trial readiness
- Ensure compliance with Rules of Civil Procedure, Evidence, and Professional Conduct
- Travel as needed for hearings, depositions, and trial
- Active Utah Bar License
- Experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or medical malpractice
- Strong advocacy, legal writing, and negotiation skills
- Deposition and courtroom experience
- Proficiency in Lexis and Westlaw
- $80,000–$210,000 salary (based on experience)
