• Competitive Compensation - targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,000 with an average 45 hour work week

As a Management Trainee (MT), you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and will also engage with the community to establish essential relationships for building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a constant focus on putting customers first in a culture of friendly competition that drives growth.

• Bachelor’s degree or within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s (enrolled in last semester)
• Work experience in sales and customer service preferred
• In lieu of work experience, involvement in organizations/clubs, volunteer work, athletics, or military is considered
• Valid US driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
