We are seeking a Painter / Stainer Helper to support our finishing team in preparing, painting, and staining cabinet components. This role ensures high-quality finishes that support our production standards and meet customer expectations.

This role works Monday - Thursday from 6am to 3:30pm, and Fridays from 6am - 11am

• Prepare, paint, and stain custom cabinet parts using spray equipment.
• Follow finishing specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Inspect components before and after finishing.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and communicate effectively with the team.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in painting, staining, or wood finishing preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and follow specifications.
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

• Working in a cabinet shop and warehouse setting with exposure to wood dust and finishing materials.
• Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Regularly reading labels, signs, measuring devices, and computers.
• Standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time.
• Regularly wearing PPE, including but not limited to closed-toe shoes and eye and ear protection.
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment and products.
• A collaborative team focused on craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
