Procurement Team Member (2 – 4 days/week)

Part‑time position scheduled Monday‑Friday from 6 am to 2 pm. The Procurement Team Member at Beehive Meals plays a pivotal role in preparing and packaging high‑quality freezer meals, ensuring the consistent supply of ingredients for production.

• Maintain and update raw material inventory to ensure adequate supplies.
• Resolve issues or discrepancies with orders and deliveries.
• Update procurement‑related data and maintain records of purchases.
• Put away food orders and rotate ingredients to maintain product quality (first‑in, first‑out).
• Report any deviations or issues promptly to the production supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines, including handwashing and glove usage.
• Collaborate with the production team to forecast production needs.
• Communicate openly to maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report any safety concerns promptly.

• Stand for extended periods.
• Use hands to handle food products and processing equipment.
• Perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements.
• Wear personal protective equipment.
• Reach with arms or hands, including overhead.
• Lift and carry objects from 15 to 75 lbs. throughout the day.

Job Type: Part‑time. Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
