Pediatric School Nurse RN LPN

Overview

We are seeking qualified clinicians for pediatric home health in the Ogden-Layton area. You will provide patient-centered care to medically complex pediatric patients and contribute to a compassionate, high-quality team.

• Provide patient care to the population we serve in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Manage daily care for each patient while adhering to provider guidelines
• Document clinical notes daily within the EMR system (Kantime)

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License in the State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to patient locations

• LPN: $23-$27/hr
• RN: $30-$38/hr
• Sign-on Bonus:
  Nights: $2,000 (FT) / $1,000 (PT);
  Days: $1,000 (FT) / $500 (PT)
• Schedule:
  
  Nights and weekends; 10-12 hour shifts
