• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push stock to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor through priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms as welcoming spaces for guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving items from fitting rooms/back service to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while adhering to applicable laws.
• Greet guests, assist with needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Strong guest service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest and knowledge of apparel and related products; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and basic technology equipment; comfortable using store tools for sales and inventory tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; ability to climb ladders; standing for extended periods.
