Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually. Your focus will be on enhancing the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, utilizing your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ teams
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for music and pop culture is a plus
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
