The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise. This is a seasonal, store-level role focused on helping customers and supporting store operations.

• When assigned to the sales floor:
  Drives store sales by personally selling to customers; proactively engages with customers and reads cues; assists customers with bra fittings; processes returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales
• When assigned to the cash wrap:
  Delivers a friendly and efficient checkout experience; reinforces customer buying decisions and encourages add-on purchases; recovers cash wrap selling zone
• When assigned to processing and replenishment:
  Ensures merchandise is floor-ready; maintains back room and backstock to brand standards; replenishes merchandise on the floor; assists with markdowns and ticketing
• When assigned to floorset activity:
  Executes floorset proficiently; adheres to brand standards; assists with back room maintenance

• Drive top-line store sales and grow the business
• Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator
• Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
• Recover and replenish merchandise
• Understand and adhere to visual merchandising standards
• Assist in housekeeping and report maintenance issues
• Build awareness and skills in loss prevention
• Support store strategy to reduce shrink; provide a safe working environment
• Demonstrate Company values and build loyalty through the Rewards Program
• Physical requirement: ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds; frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing

Minimum Salary: $12.00;
Maximum Salary: $14.75. Salary range may vary by location and other factors.
