We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced, motivated Trailer Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our high-performing Layton team.

PAY: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications! Position receives a base pay with hourly bonus incentives.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and perform 12v/125v electrical wiring & repairs
- Install & service HVAC systems (AC/Heat) for trailers
- Customize trailers with tie-downs, cabinets, awnings, and flooring
- Weld aluminum & steel components with precision
- Service brakes, bearings, axles, hydraulic pumps & jacks
- Repair ramp doors, roofs, walls, vents, windows & fuel doors
- Tackle a variety of trailer repair needs—no two days are the same
- Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team while managing your own projects
- Some Saturday's required!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in trailer repair & maintenance (we can help train the right individual)
- Proficient welding skills (steel & aluminum)
- Knowledge of 12v/125v electrical systems
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Competitive pay based on experience & qualifications
