Mobile Crane Operator​/CDL Driver

Valley Crane is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Crane Operator with a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to partner with our growing employee owned company. We are a leading "5 Star" rated crane rental service committed to safety, efficiency, and providing exceptional service to our clients. • Safely operate mobile cranes of various sizes and configurations (e.g., hydraulic truck cranes, rough terrain cranes).
• Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance on cranes and associated equipment.
• Accurately interpret and follow load charts and lift plans.
• Rig and hoist materials according to safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain clear communication with ground personnel and signalers.
• Transport cranes and equipment to and from job sites using a commercial motor vehicle.
• Adhere to all applicable safety regulations, including OSHA and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) TLL certification.
• Proven experience operating mobile cranes in construction or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of crane mechanics, load charts, and rigging procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and lift plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• You will OWN your crane seat.
  OWNER MENTALITY REQUIRED!

• Experience with Manitex, National, Grove & Terex cranes.
• Spanish Language
