Salary Range: $24.00 To $25.00 Hourly

The warehouse supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse facility, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of all warehouse activities.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, pikcing,organizing,anddistributinggoods.
  
  Ensurethatalltasksarecompletedaccurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintainproperinventorylevelsbyoverseeinginventorymanagementprocesses, including regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciling any discrepancies.
• Supervisetheshippingandreceivingprocesses,ensuringthatincomingshipmentsare checked for accuracy, quality, and quantity.
• Ensuresafeworkingenvironments.
  
  Enforcesafetypoliciesandprocedures,conduct regular safety inspections, and promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff.
• Seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction by identifying inefficiencies or bottlenecks in warehouse operations and implement changes or best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.

• Highschooldiplomaorgeneraleducationdegree(GED) preferable;orrelatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Warehouse Lead starting pay will be competitive and commensurate with the chosen candidate’s qualifications and experience. The target starting pay is $20. This is a Hourly Non-Exempt position, which is eligible for overtime pay.
