Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a PRN (as needed) in our Health Information Department for a Department Secretary.

Admissions Representative Responsibilities:

Process release of information requests for Floyd Valley Healthcare and Floyd Valley Clinics Scan hospital and clinic documentation

Process incomplete ambulatory orders

Transfer external documents from the fax queue to chart

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalentBLS a plus; certification is required as an employee.

Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required within six months of employment.

Today, Floyd Valley includes the hospital, family medicine clinics in Le Mars, Marcus and Remsen, and public health.
