Retail Sales Associate - Siouxland

Wells Enterprises is searching for a Retail Sales Associate in our Siouxland territory. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to develop strong customer relationships and drive sales. This position includes a company car and full benefits.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serves as brand ambassador and face of Wells to customers and consumers. Provides best in class customer service, shares expertise on Wells brands and products, resolves all issues and concerns, and maintains strong relationship with store personnel.
• Maintains full distribution on existing SKUs and ensures placement of new items on shelf based on approved planogram. Completes daily merchandising tasks such as filling out-of-stocks, making on-hand adjustments as necessary, facing product, tagging, rotating, building displays, placing POS materials, and providing reset support.
• Proactively makes incremental sales by securing displays and pre‑selling items for upcoming promotions.
• Effectively manages time and priorities for store calls within territory. Ensures store calls are completed based on assigned store call frequency.
• Completes accurate and timely database entries, reporting, recaps, expense reports, store audit information, and other ad hoc requests.
