Sells new and pre-owned vehicles to retail customers and manages the customer relationship from first contact through delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
- Complete a needs assessment and product presentation on every customer
- Log all customer activity and follow-up in the CRM
- Present vehicle pricing and payment options with a manager
- Deliver the vehicle and introduce the customer to the service department
- Maintain contact with sold customers for repeat and referral business
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
