What You’ll Do- Manage complex structured settlement cases requiring advanced industry and compliance knowledge.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze team production data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and lead training initiatives for new and existing staff.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams, clients, and field consultants.
- Represent the department in communications with brokerage agencies, including quarterly check‑ins.
- Review and analyze escalated settlement documents using advanced financial and legal expertise.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and product offerings.
- Monitor industry trends and advise leadership on policy and procedural updates.
- Consult on complex cases involving qualified status and guideline compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6 years of experience in structured settlements or highly regulated financial products.
- Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in a high‑touch operations environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of industry experience.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
