Technical Service Engineer - Elevator Systems

• Schedule and train technicians and subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain service partner relationships in the US.
• Communicate with German training teams to improve customer and technician support.
• Understand elevator programming to aid troubleshooting.
• Provide technical telephone and remote support to technicians, partners, and customers.
• Prepare and process training documentation for troubleshooting elevators.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure project profitability.
• Apply for licenses, permits, and schedule inspections.

• A college degree (Electrical Engineering preferred). QEI is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of technical service experience in the elevator industry or similar, preferably in industrial applications.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Positive work ethic and can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (15% travel).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Self‑driven and intrinsic motivation.
• Technical education background.
