This company is a mid‑size, growing AEC consulting firm that covers civil/land development, structural and inspection projects for large‑scale societal infrastructure. The firm serves statewide DOT clientele and the private sector.

• Design and phasing of pier, roadway, bridge, and storm sewer systems
• Project management from inception to completion
• Supervise work assignments for Junior Engineers, CAD technicians, and support staff
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Station, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Apply AASHTO Green Book, Highway Capacity Manual, ODOT/TxDOT design standards, and Uniform Traffic Control Devices

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering License required
• Minimum 5 years of transportation engineering design experience
• Experience in pier design and roadway/bridge design
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients
• Project management skills and ability to manage projects from inception to completion
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Station, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of AASHTO Green Book, Roadside Design Guide, Highway Capacity Manual, ODOT/TxDOT design standards, and Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices is desired
